Same Day: We offer a same day delivery service throughout the U.K. at our standard rate of £4.50, orders must be placed before 12 noon to guarantee delivery. Please note some remote areas are not guaranteed for same day delivery.

Next Day: Our next day delivery service is available at our standard rate of £4.50, Mon-Sat only.

Sunday delivery: We offer a local Sunday delivery service within a 15 mile radius of Stirling, please telephone to confirm availability & costs.

International Delivery: This service is offered through Flowers Direct whom we are proud to work in association with.

Please bear in mind flowers are perishable items. Please ensure you select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for on arrival. If the recipient is not at the address to receive the flowers they shall be left at door (where appropriate), with a neighbour or returned to us for re-delivery (a charge may be incurred for this).

All floral products are subject to availability. IN the event of any supply difficulties or inferior quality flowers, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of a similar style and value.

If at any time you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your flowers so we can fully investigate any complaints and rectify as quickly as possible. We accept all major credit / debit cards, all payments will be automated once your order has been submitted. Our website has a secure checkout and we therefore encourage you to place your order online.
